Funeral claim under Paid

I sent a complain about Nedbank funeral claims under paying me, which they falsely claim that I had not made any premium payments for January 2020 which I then downloaded my January bank statement and forwarded to the relevant department or person. Till this day I have not had any response with regard to my complain. In the past I've said I'm gonna move over all my business where my queries are attended to but I stalled. Now with their ***** ways of underpaying claims I'm satisfied that my value as a client is undermined.
