Funeral claim

Good day

Kindly assist with feedback on a funeral claim done today policy P***, the policy didn't have have a beneficiary we went to high Court and we couldnt get the letter as the deceased assets are above 250k,we have send the given letter from high Court to assist with claim and the will is also attached.

*** / *** Shoni When calling to do follow up the lady told us we need to go to the branch and call from there how do we do ups and down where else we don't have money for the funeral
