Funds were withdrawn without my authorization

I just woke up now and decided to check my bank balance boom 600 withdrawn by PayPal on yesterday and I didn't authorize the transaction, when I contacted the Customer service they're unable to help me . because I want that 600 to be refunded Into my bank account
