Funds not released

Received funds from my sister on the 2nd of April 2026. R6480. This was a payment from amount she owed me. No services rendered. My account is still on a hold. I'm tired of making a follow up on this. I will now involve my legal team about this. All investigators related to this matter don't call me. They always promise to return my call.
