Funds in suspense account for a month

We are busy moving our banking to Nedbank and it was a very long process to get this done oroginally but I transfered R50 from my FNB account, paid and cleared it immediately, paid R45 to clear it immediately, to test if the funds would go into the account as the fika was outstanding on the account, as we later learned from our banker. The transfer was done on the 19th of September. The money was almost immediately reversed from the account due to the outstanding fika requirements. Since then the fika has been sorted and all the other funds have cleared in our account, except for this R50. We asked our banker, and were told it would clear once we go to the branch, but the branch cannot see the money and advised us that it could be in the suspense account at the Midrand branch. Our banker has not been able to assist with this and it has now been a month and the R50 has still not been cleared in our account. Can someone please sort this out asap?
