funds early release

hi, nedbank i am utterly annoyed by your service, i opened a 32 days notice account and i need an small portion of funds to be released immediately.and your callcentre and branch are taking me from pillar to post. i logged a request on the 12th and was told 48 hours, today i woke up and no funds were there. they are now telling me they are still awaiting feedback from the request department which means my funds are still not even released i'm very angry because that is my money and i have an emergency that i have to attend to. why cant my funds be released immediately like other banks do given the penalty charges? i'm so Angry. please fix this! reference no ***1
