Funds deducted on my account

I have a personal loan with Nedbank that is in arrears. On the 31st of December 2025 my Nedbank account was debited R21960 with reference (Internal Affected). I have been trying to get my funds back with no success. I never authorise them to deduct such amount in my bank. This has affected me badly as I struggled to bury my brother last week who passed away. I had to borrow some funds from my friends to ensure my brother is buried with dignity. I have been Nedbank client since 2010 and now they have lost such loyal client
