Funds deducted from my account

In 2019 I discovered that Nedbank has deducted R4050.00 from my account and when asking them about it,they just ignored me. I have people's on my statement that I don't know off...where was senr to, each one of them were sent R500. Till today Nedbank is not saying anything about my missing money.
