Funds debited on my Account by Nedbank which was not approved

My bank charges increased with R70 from R115 to R185. There is also a charge of R185 for an additional card on my account, which I did not apply for. I logged a complaint and I was told that the Manager or Consultant will be in contact with me and till date no communications
