Fund reversal

A few days ago nedbank accidently deducted money from my account leaving it overdrawn without my knowledge. I Tried purchasing somethings at the mall my card kept declining(such an embarrassment). I called them immediately and the friendly staff explained everything to me. They brought back my money the next day but charged me fees for insufficient funds that occurred. Now I'm the one going up and down requesting for my money back, R25.08 is Alot of money to just let go. Getting this money back is such an extreme sport like I'll spend more than what I will get back. It's sooooo unfair because the fault is with them it should be pretty easy to reverse those funds without having to submit forms etc that's Alot to carry as a person who is completely innocent. They need to do something with this
