**** Nedbank and Computicket!!!!
Made 3 purchases with my Nedbank cheque card via computicket, 2 in October and 1 in December. Immediately received notification sms's after each transaction indicating that the money had gone off my account. Fast-forward to 4 months later, Sunday 21 Feb 2016. I try to purchase airtime and I get told i have insufficient funds. ***? I knew for a fact there's was at least R1000 in my account. I go on-line to check my statement and my available balance is -R1000. I then notice that there are 3 debits made the night before (20th FEB 2016) by computicket. I then phone nedbank and ask them to cancel all my bank cards cause I'm suspecting ***** on my account. They then tell me to \take it up with computicket\". And I did.

According to Mmapaseka from computicket, they've been experiencing this with nedbank customers because nedbank (not computi) failed to process these transactions at the correct time. This is according to a memo circulated to computicket staff.

Now my account is in the red and I've been charged/ penalised R90 per transaction because there wasn't enough money in my account. That is ****ed up! Because THERE WAS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASED BACK IN OCTOBER!"
