Frustration with decreasing financial debt!

I'm very disappointed with the Nedbank System! I bank with them, I've got 3 products with them but I still have to be asked the same questions all the time!!! In this age of technology, how do they not have my details already when all my finances are with them? Firstly they can't adjust monthly instalments on personal loans even after you deposit a lump sum into your account! NOW that I want to convert to a consolidation loan so that I pay a lower instalment I have to start from scratch! Collect payslip and all that *******, all this frustration for what??? I'm really disappointed at this service!
