Frustration with a useless bank

I was a platinum member of Nedbank for some years... almost 8 months ago I upgraded my credit card to the platinum cards and that's the point that Nedbank completely messed up by letting my cards go out on the bank to some ********* that then proceeded to spend 66k on my full 26k credit cards... how this happened they still haven't told me... this is why I changed banks. Then till this day I am still waiting for them to tell me why I have to pay 2k for interest on money the the ***** department has already taken care of as it's not my fault they don't have good service and security enough to stop clients new cards from being used and ****** right out of their bank branches... Montana branch is where this happened by the way.
