Frustration

Frustration is my middle name. TILL THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED RESOLUTION. The money is still in my Mobi Money account and I still cant access Daily making calls inban attempt to get assisted but still nothing. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. Honesty is key, someone should jave told me if there are system issues , mYbe I wouhave been understanding. I am using my own resources to make 30 to 45 minute calls that are fruitless because l still do not have access to the money Really now, is that fair
