Frustrating unhelpful staff

My business account is in shambles due to the incompetency of Nedbank. They are always offline with eft payments. As a result I incurred very high charges for issuing cheques. They must refund me for every cheque I wrote due to their incompetence. We spent 3 hours in the bank and they still couldn't help us.
