Frustrating Service from Nedbank

Money was invested with Nedbank dream maker. Tried to make a withdrawal in 2018 money was nit paid. No one from Nedbank call to say there are documents outstanding. Resubmitted a new withdrawal form 27 November 2020 I was told someone will after 10 days, No one called until we called to follow up.

Till to date money is not received and no one is able to resolve this query. I logged a complaint and now need to wait even further. This is extremely frustrating. I will never use Nedbank in future ir recommend it to anyone
