FRUSTRATING online banking!!!

I am very FRUSTRATED with latest experience with internet banking. I got locked out as I was trying to login on new online banking app, as this prompts for old internet banking credentials.

I contacted the call centre, with their late replies, they were NOT helpful how so ever. I then decided to break my own promise of not going to the malls during this lockdown period, thanks to Nedbank service. I went to the nearest branch, and they issued a temp Pin. I then attempted to reset my pin and password on internet banking, as usual the system crashed. And here I am again, after all that hustle, I can't access my profile!!!!
