Frustrating Nedbank Insurance

The most pathetic and frustrating insurance ever. After paying months it is sad and frustrating to say that a simple thing that is broken in your home will take so long to fix. It is the most frustrating process I have ever experienced. As a paying customer this experience will definitely make you change your household insurance. The service providers that are used by Nedbank are so delayed, unorganized, willing to inconvenience the customer to make their suppliers happy at the expense of the customer. Really poor service. Will definitely be changing our insurance!
