Frustrating Lack of Response from Nedbank

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with my assigned banker at Nedbank for the past four weeks to close a business account. Since Stellenbosch is too far and irrelevant to my business, I requested an appointment closer to my location, either in Somerset West or Strand.

Unfortunately, I have received no response to multiple attempts, including emails sent to ***. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when trying to finalize an important matter.

A prompt response would be appreciated.
