Frustrating customer service

Absolutely horrible service. When you phone the branches, people that pick up the phones doesn't know what services the branches offer. Menlyn branch in Pretoria offers travel cards but the only person that can do it is off today and no one else can do the job😳😤

Phone menlyn Maine, but the guy doesn't even speak proper English and can't answer a question. Phone Nedbank branch in the Grove Pretoria. This lady confirms that they do issue travel cards, get to the branch.. nope they don't issue travel cards... absolutely useless!!!
