Frustratet bank client

My Nedbank Amex-and Mastercard expired end of October. on 13th September i received a link where I could choose either to collect or have the cards delivered to my door. I chose DELIVER, because I was not prepared to stand in an undisciplined line on the busy sidewalk in the sun in Lady Gray Street, Paarl to get access. About two weeks later I received a message that my cards are ready for collection at the same branch. I called the Helpline????, that I have opted for the cards to be delivered. At the same time I asked if they could be delivered in one go that I don't have to pay twice R 160.- I got my Amexcard delivered. My Mastercard has not arrived till now, the 4th of November. I would have changed the bank long ago, if it wasn't such an act to shift the debit orders.
