Frustrated with updating personal Details on Nedbank Money App
Really frustrating when you want to update your personal details in the Nedbank Money App, and it won't accept the changes because when you type in your Town, and give the same name for the Suburb, it won't accept. Phoning in to the Bank has not help, as those on the other end of the phone don't know their answer. With any other Bank you can update your details without a problem.

04 Apr 2023, 13:48Just been to Nedbank Richards Bay, Branch near the Bay Hospital. Waited 50minutes to be served, then we had to leave. I have never ever experienced such tortoise like service. The Staff had no urgency about serving the customers. Worst ever. I get better service from FNB.
