Frustrated with Nedbank

Hi,I'm not happy with this service I received I got retrenched two years ago and I submitted my retrenchment docs to the and they decided to only pay a small portion of this amount and stated they would contact me for a review I called to find out why they needed to review and why only pay a olportion as retrenchment isn't a choice I received no response only thing got next was collections agency call and I didn't understand and I still don't understand why and that debt is impacting me negatively how am expected to move on ns have a good life and I am not using the bank bcz I don't know what to expect from there and ppls from collections are very rude and didn't even escalatenpr raise my issues .I want to understand why didn't they remove this debt and when they are plnnib to remove from my name dissapointed client
