Frustrated over ***** matter

Nedbank decided to list me as a ********* after someone app**** for credit cards/ overdrafts using my name and **** bank statements, this was done without nedbank having done a proper investigation, i was not contacted or anything, i reported after seeing messages coming through and im not even banking with them, i submitted all the requested documents, i have been calling nedbank for feedback since 28th November 22 to resolve the matter, to date, my name is still listed as a ********* when i am a victim or whoever who approved without having done all the necessary checks,
