Frustrated Home Owner

I was not working for few months and couldn't pay my band and as soon as I was able to pay, I called Nedbank and made payment arrangements and started paying as agreed. After 2 installments I am served with a letter by the the sheriff. I have been contacting Nedbak since then and I am been sent from pillar to post. This is very frustrating and it show that Nedbank systems are not integrated because the agents I have been talking to seems not to be in sink with everything that is happening in my account.

Can Nedbank please fix their ........................and resolve this issue please.........
