Frustrated client

I sent an email 4 days back with regards to my bond repayment firstly because I had made arrangements last year, however those arrangements were not implemented, I called and them I was transferred from one agent to another, I called them today because I noticed that the building is dual insured, I advised that they revise the premium or cancel it and pay for dual insurance , I was promised a call earlier on today but I still haven't received any call
