Frustrated Client

Unprofessional service My account and card is blocked without any notification for not having updated details which haven't changed. I have went into the bank and contacted the call centre twice. They tell you they will call with an update however no one calls back or gives any feedback. I have no access to my money . I am definitely changing my bank. Pathetic service and consultants
