Frustrated client and a very sad student (to be).

I have app**** for a student loan for my daughter using a Surety in December 2021. Even though I received(approved) the student loan, believe it or not ...today is 14th of February 2022, and registration is closing in 10 days time (24th February 2022), Nedbank hasn't paid the Varsity the student loan for the Registration to proceed. Different excuses everyday. Am so disappointed...
