Frustrated by Nedbank Recoveries

Hello,it's me again,After writting my review about Nedbank yesterday,they gave me a call &promised to call me back yesterday again to provide me with a settlement letter,but unfortunately they never come back to me...Pls Nedbank recoveries get back to me with this settlement letter..I have been calling you guys the whole day but you are not reachable as always..

Pls you can email my settlement letter to *** or *** or ***.I promise once I get this letter Nedbank I will not bother you again,maybe will move to somewhere else.
