Frustrated and inconvenienced

I am not happy with happened today at a Nedbank ATM, I was withdrawing a R1000 as the ATM was concluding my withdrawal the machine rebuted and returned my card. The money was deducted from my account but I didn't get my money.

- this left me very frustrated because I really needed to use the money for an emergency. - the branch were the ATM is located was not willing to assist me because they are closed. - had to use my own resources to report this inconvenience - I am being told that I will get my refund in 4 working days - why must I get my money in 4 working days

Nedbank really frustrated and inconvenienced me
