FRUSTRATED AND DISGUSTED

<p>On the 26 April 2017 I phoned Nedbank call Centre to cancel my Homeowners Insurance because my Bond was paid up. The lady who took my call advised that she was unable to cancel the insurance due to a systems error. She said that she would cancel the policy within the hour and sms me confirmation of policy cancellation. I call again on the 28 April to confirm if the policy was cancelled. because Idid not receive any confirmation of policy cancellation as promised. I was told the policy was not cancelled and the systems error still existed. The lady said she would escalate the problem. On the 9 May I again phoned to close my bond account. The consultant advised that the Home Owners Insurance was still active.Tried to phone home owners insurance division numerous times but was forced to cut calls due to long waiting time to speak to consultant because of high call volumes.I also sent an Email to client services. Am still awaiting a reply in spite of automatic response stating that Nedbank will respond in 24 hrs.
