Frustrated

Ref number ***3. I would like to log a complaint. I've been trying to close my account since the 24th of November. Every time I contact the help center, they keep on confirming the account is still open and will follow up. But nothing ever happens. This is getting frustrating now. Struggling for 3weeks now. Can anybody assist?
