Frustrated

I made some transactions while I am overseas. Nedbank suspend my account without contacting me. Now they cant help me, I must visit my nearest branch, really??? How can they suspend my account without contacting me. I made 6 phone calls waisting R545 of airtime for nothing. Nedbank is not calling me back or contact effort!!! Pathetic
