Frustrated

I don't know what to do anymore. My daughter and I app**** for a study loan at Nedbank Westgate. To date we still don't know if it's approved or not. When we request an update...only then do they request for additional documents. This is soo frustrating as this is over a month ago. Application was done on 29th April.
