Frustrated

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. I want to settle the loan and requested a settlement amount and Nedbank did not remove their exorbitant interest as well as insurance which are together R1800 per month. I have made numerous calls to Nedbank and nobody is able to tell me how much I owe on the loan excluding these amounts. This is very frustrating!!!
