FRUAD IN NEDBANK

A ********** transaction took place on my Nedbank account. Reported the same to Nedbank and stopped my card which was linked to the account. My account is overdrawn due to the ********** transaction which has now lead to my debit orders being returned. NEDBANK have now also charged unpaid debit order bank fees. I logged a case with Nedbank complaints desk. They say there is nothing they can do as it will take 6 to 8 weeks for the matter to be investigated which means that all my debit orders will be unpaid and Nedbank charging me unpaid bank charges untill Christmas.

What is very clear is that the ********** had knew everything on my accounts which can only be obtained internaly but guess I will only know in 6 to 8 weeks while the keep debiting me unpaid bank fees.and return my debit orders

I was surprised to receive the so called ***** report so quick after being told. that it would take 6 to 8 weeks. To sum up the report Nedbank takes no ownership and can therefore not assist me further. What a disgrace. I insist that internal staff are involved and if matter can not be resolved then I have no alternative but to escalate the matter by any means possible as I am tired of Nedbank *****ing their customers.

Received feedback from Nebank Complaints desk. Apparently their SLA is 21 working days to review my despute.. I don't know who their SLA is with because I did sign one with them. Agent said they will try and negotiate a "goodwill payment" for me. What **** is this. Nedbank staff are involved with the ***** ****s due to the confidencial information being supp**** and Nedbank systems are compromised to allow transactions to be processed. Until proven otherwise there will not be a goodwil negotiation.

To add insult to injury I was busy scanning the so called Nedbank Forensics report as evidence for my Banking Ombudsman case and discovered that the Nebank stuffed up once again. The forensic report refers to my Credit Card no which is ironic seeing that the ***** happened on my Nedbank check account card. How can I trust Nedbank...if their Forensic is **********

I am a loyal customer of NEDBANK with a Homeloan, Credit Card, Check Account and Business Account. Last week a ********** transaction was processed on my CHECK ACCOUNT. I reported te same using the available platforms. CASE 2019K0169 was logged. I also stopped my check account card on the Money app. I also logged a complaint under CASE ***2 which is a requirement from THE OMBUDSMAN FOR BANKING SERVICES should I need to refer the matter to them at later stage. I was advised that SLA (service level agreement) is 6 to 8 weeks. Now I ask with whom is the SLA as I, your client, have not signed one with the bank? Needless to say I received the Forensics Report from RICHARD BILLY, who is the ADMINISTRATOR, within 2 days which states that Nedbank is NOT LIABLE for the ***** and if I am not satisfied with the findings then I can refer it to the Nedbank Complaints department. Now the ISSUES I have with the forensic report from RICHARD BILLY is the following:
1. The report refers to my CREDIT CARD being the account investigated which is completely wrong as the ***** happened on my CHECK ACCOUNT.
2. All my personal account details was LEAKED by internal staff until proven otherwise.
3. Nedbank systems were COMPROMISED until proven otherwise. The Forensics report together with my complaint is currently with NEDBANK COMPLAINTS under case number previously logged. SANDILE, who is the person dealing with the complaint, advised that their SLA (service level agreement) is 21 days. Now I ask again with whom is the SLA as I have not signed this agreement? Needless to say SANDILE stated that he will try an negotiate a "GOODWILL PAYMENT" for me within 7 days. Now I ask you must I be grateful for this negotiation seeing that the forensic report was done on the wrong account and seeing that my personal information was leaked and seeing that Nedbank systems were compromised? I have now received feedback from SANDILE that NEDBANK that my GOODWILL PAYMENT will only be a third of what was ****** from my account. This matter will now be handed over to the THE OMBUDSMAN OF BANKING SERVICES and shared on all media platforms so that ALL NEDBANK clients can ask the question: "DO YOU STILL TRUST NEDBANK?"

Nedbank ignores deadline set by the Banking Ombudsman of 3 weeks (15 workings days) to provide feedback regarding my Ombudsman case logged against them.
