Fruad case

My account is on hold from 3 two weeks I go to bank and cal help line every day they only saying they will cal me back then no cal or email from Nedbank I am tarid of calling Nedbank and go bank every day no help Nedbank can not even tel me witch transactions so reported for fruad so I can provide evidence not happy with Nedbank fruad department
