Frozen account with no reason.

Nedbank froze my account last year , I couldn’t send money into my account or use my account is anyway when I call they tell me they are waiting for the forensic team I’ve been waiting since , today they sent me this sms “ Your Nedbank account has been handed to our attorneys which will result in a judgement and you being listed with the credit bureaus. Ref ***.” I’m asking myself how am I supposed to send money into the account that they froze. They can’t even tell me why my account is frozen. They even handed my account that owes R164.54 worth of their bank charges while I was not using the account because it was frozen
