Frozen account

On the 02 June, I tried transferring money from my Savings Account, only to get an error which said that my account was frozen. I therefore contacted your call centre and an agent informed me that it was indeed frozen and that I should go to the nearest branch to enquire what caused my account to be frozen. On 4 June I went to your East Rand Mall branch and spoke to a lady by the name of Linda who informed me that my account was frozen due to the fact that I did not submit my proof of residence and she asked me to give her the proof of residence, once I had handed it to her, she informed me that she will only be able to submit it to the relevant department on Monday and it will take at least 72 hours to unfreeze my account. What makes me exasperated is the fact that last year you were able to send me an SMS to inform that I need to submit my proof of residence which I submitted to avoid this kind of situation and now you just freeze my account without notifying me and I have to wait for 3 days to use my own money. Do you think this is rational?
