Froze Business Account due to a Mistake made by Nedbank and still failed to fix it 3 weeks later

I opened a business Account with Nedbank Hatfield in May 2016. This requires the documents to FICA. At the end of August, I received an SMS requiring me to come into the bank the to FICA. The next day my account was frozen.

All documents were handed in 3 weeks ago and the account is still frozen.

Being in the advertising industry, not being able to buy media space caused immense damage among clients as most of our campaigns start at the beginning of the month. Failure to launch on time cost me a contract and a client.

It is now 3 weeks later and salaries need to be paid along with expenses incurred in running the business off other accounts.

I am disgusted that Nedbanks' failure to follow through on the basic requirements for opening an account has become a threat to the running of my business.
