Frequent Banking Offline Frustration

I've recently switched my Salary to Nedbank Professional Banking and have experienced about times offline moments in less than 2 months. This is really frustrating and frustrates the Branch Banking staff as well because they never know how to convince us as customers that Nedbank is the preferred banking provider. Really frustrating.
