Freeze of account

I am a student and on the 23 Aug 2024 my bank account was suspended due to R180 that came into my account and as a student I believe that is not even a lump sum of money that it would be even freezed. It’s been over two months I am told it’s still pending. What a very bad banking service they provide I can’t even access my school stipend that I use for transportation
