Free Will NedbankGroup Trust ****

I took out a Will with NedbankGroup Trust some years ago and I found out this year that the executor fee is 3.5% of the entire amount while amending beneficiaries. I initiated the process of canceling the Will but am being taken from pillar to post. I was given 4 different numbers and 5 different email addresses and in all circumstances, I was told that It could not be done over the phone and all emails came referring to each as the right email. The fee is not disclosed on the actual Will but only confirmed in writing when I enquired but I was told is free with only R90 yearly premium. Id number: ***. Cell number: ***
