FRAUND AT NEDBANK

Not happy with Nedbank due to having money disappear in my account without my knowledge, worse part I spoke to one of their agent Musa Floyd of which he is not at fault but he informed me that there is a pending amount on my account that I'm not even aware of. This doesn't even appear on transactions I've made recently. So nedbank is basically *****ing us hense their transactions aren't appearing on our statements or App balance. This is annoying and inconveniecing. I'm really not happy
