**********ly taking customers' money and not operating in line with TCF principles

I have a credit card with Nedbank, I paid off the outstanding amount in August. In September I paid in R200 thinking it would cover costs to keep the account open for 2/3 months open since I still intend to use it in future. I got my October statement and the R200 that I paid in September has now been debited and I in fact now owe another 20 odd rand. On the statement there's 3 amounts of R49,56, two of them are described as "maintenance fees" and the 3rd one as "additional card fee". I then contacted Nedbank on Twitter and they say the maintenance fees billed are for July and August cause they didn't bill me for those months. When I ask about the additional card fee amount since ive never had an additional card, they say that's September's maintenance fee.

1. Billing and installment calculations are SOLELY up to Nedbank and they failed to bill me for TWO months. 2. I get a statement every month and pay based on that statement so how is them not billing for 2 months now my problem? 3. The statement they send every month says that if there's incorrect entries I can query them within 30 days, how are they then coming after 60 days to bill me? 3. The fact that they even hide the 3rd maintenance fee as an 'additional card fee' is *****! 4. They are refusing to reverse the two maintenance fees from July and August, it is not my fault that they failed to do their part by billing correctly for a whole 2 months.

This is not in line with the Treating customers fairly principles and Nedbank must refund my money!! I am not gonna pay for their incompetence !!!
