**********ly continues to run debit order for Will custody despite service being terminated.

Nedbank previously held my will, but I instructed them on 21 October 2021 to destroy and cancel my will custody service. Subsequently, I have been charged R75.00 TWICE by debit order for a will custody service. Writing to Nedbank has proved pointless. This is outright ********** as the authorisation for debit order has been withdrawn yet the bank continues to processit.
