**********/ unauthorized debit orders!!!!!!

I i received an SMS saying on 20 March 2018 form this number ********** 873 "Your MBS247 R126.69 debit will run 25 Mar 2018 sold by Straton ********** 093 ref STRATONVH0STR ********** ********** 325.Respond for help" I dont even know who this company is or what product they are selling, where on earth they got my number or bank details, I phoned them and their number takes me to voice mail. The debited my account without authorizing that. This is ridiculous and **********. I have tried to get hold of Nedbank for two days to reverse this, this is absolute nonsense from Nedban****!!!!!!!

Please will somebody from Nedbank be kind enough to resolve this issue??? I still don't know how this came to be and I've yet to received the details of this company which allegedly banks with ABSA as promised by Nedbank. I cannot reverse this debit order from the app because it still has not loaded under debit orders. I am almost out of words at the fact that this is happening????!!!
