********** refund refused, nedbank says there is nothing they can do.

I am writting this with a broken heart, Last month an amount of about close to R900 was deducted from my account, swipped or tapped and apparently with my card and my pin number was used abd this transaction was done to a clothibg account and one of the trasaction at the clothing store was done at 3am in the morning, I have queried this with card ***** and after a lot of ups and downs, I get an email from the investigator that Nedbank policy doea not refund negligent of the customer and there is nothing they can do, showing me middle finger, my concern is I was not aware of any of this until I see my statement and when I query I get told there is nothing they can do meaning my money went down the drain, I am motified and I will go forward with tbis I will not back down until someone here, this will go to all media platform including TV channels, I will not be held responsible for something I was not aware of and loss money in the process, when am done informinf everyone about this issues, I will close my account with Nedbank, from here I will be writting to Moja Love Tv Channel and expose this, I am very angry with the treatment I receive
