How do you trust a bank with you money that continually psyphers money and they only way one picks it up is if you diligently go through you statement.<br> 1 - ATM withdrawal of R3k done on the 27th - went off twice. I had withdrawn my limit, so how is that possible?<br> 2 - Sent cash to my cell number on the 20th - got sms yesterday morning that cash send would expire on yesterdays date and that it would be put back in account. Tried to withdraw it yesterday afternoon, got error and money still hasn't been put back into my acc.<br> 3 - purchased x2 airtime for R100 yesterday afternoon, is sitting in reserved and came off available balance again this morning<br> 4 - Restaurant purchase from 23rd, was reserved, came off my balance again today.<br> <br> Current +R2k in reserve, what is that comprised of?<br> <br> And I want this Nedlife cancelled - never asked for it!<br> <br> If all of these issues are not resolved and all my money is back in my account by close of business, I'm taking it up with with all the communication from your complaints centre (4th complaint about same thing in as many months) and will also follow with civil action for all the inconvenience I've been caused.
