********** nedbank and rossouw attorneys

Good day,

End november 2018, Nedbank deducted R2500 from my account after I have paid an installment on my credit card , I have then made a payment arrangement on the 30th of November with Siphelele Nkala from Rossouw attorneys, of R 500, per month from end December, she assured me that deductions will not happen again, this morning 20th December R4000 was again deducted from my account!!!!

THIS IS MY RENT AND TRANSPORT MONEY!!!!! I don't own a car and use a lift club!!!!!

I have spoken to the ombudsmen and he said that no monies are allowed to be deducted if I made a payment arrangement!!!!!! I will sue nedbank for job loss as I wont be able to get to work and i will be homeless as I won't be able toto pay rent.

I have phoned ********** 321 this morning and spoke to 2 different people where they have transferred me, with no answer and telling me the line is closed, where they then took my details and said someone will phone me back, im still waiting!!!!!!
